Two weeks ago, I had the pleasure of collaborating on a cool men’s training initiative with Adidas Canada. If you’ve been following my blog for a while you already know how much of an integral role fitness plays in my lifestyle. I’m very competitive when it comes to sports and working out (blame it on the countless years of running track and playing football) – so when it comes to the type of workout gear that I wear, I want it to be the best. Recently, I was introduced to a new pair of men’s training shoes by Adidas called the Pure Boost ZG‘s and I’m not going to lie, they’re pretty bad ass! They’ve got just the right amount of boost technology to keep you feeling light on your feet and stable enough to react to quick movements.
I invited a few of my boys to come out and put these kicks to the test during a high intensity training session. My personal trainer, Adam Reynolds and co-founder of Catalyst Health curated a crazy circuit for us to complete including the use of weights, medicine balls, rowing machines, Airdyne bikes, Woodway treadmills & much more! To say that this training session was a tough one is an understatement but at the end of it we were all happy that we pushed through it! In regards to the apparel and footwear, they held up to the hype that I shared with the guys before the session. To see more of what went down during the bootcamp, my team put together a little video for you to take a look at below!

Last month, I had the pleasure of hosting a cocktail party for Armani Exchange! There’s nothing that I love more than a crisp glass of bubbly, fashion, music and good company. I love collaborating with cool brands that are always trying to keep things fresh and stay ahead of the game. Armani Exchange‘s latest collection definitely showcases those attributes and has something for even the most pickiest fashion enthusiast to fall in love with. I wanted to find an outfit that was a happy medium between dressing up and being super casual, which is what I think overall is the vibe of the brand. I opted for a pair of slim fit denim, a navy blazer and a floral sweater, which I absolutely fell in love with! The Christian Confidential team was all over this event and made a little video for you to get a glimpse into what went down that evening – check it out below!
Thank you to everyone that came out and helped us celebrate the brands latest collection!

A little over a week ago, the Christian Confidential team had the pleasure of collaborating with Equinox Toronto in putting together an influencer event! I’ve been working with the brand for a year now creating digital content and we felt that it was time to spice things up and do something bigger! We decided to throw an intimate fitness event for some of my friends who happen to dub as some of Toronto’s top male influencers and fitness enthusiasts.
The class that we selected is one that the brand is highly recognized for, STACKED! – led by top fitness instructor Eva Redpath! This class is no joke and is definitely a sweat burner. 45 minutes long 12 different exercises in total, 30 seconds to perform, and 30 seconds to recover… let’s just say you’ll never leave this class feeling like you didn’t get pushed to your limits. A healthy dose of cardio and strength training, STACKED! might have you questioning your decision of taking this class while you’re doing it but once it’s over you’ll be more than happy that you did! This is only one of the numerous classes that Equinox has and with the launch of Equinox Yorkville (coming soon), I can’t wait to host my friends again (and maybe a few of our readers) in 2016.
Until next time,

Last week I had the pleasure of hosting MOGO Financial‘s first influencer event in Toronto. If you haven’t heard of MOGO, it’s a financial company based out of Vancouver that has a focus on helping it’s customers be more conscious on their spending habits by promoting pre paid credit cards as well as providing low interest rate for various types of loans. The thing that I like about working with this brand is that they’re always pushing the envelope, listening to what their customers want and introducing their ever growing #mogoperks community to cool concepts and ideas, such as this event!
Instagram, is a huge phenomenon for our generation and with that comes the pressure of getting the perfect shot. Mogo with the help of Kastor & Pollux came up with a dope concept to combine fitness, photography and social media all together. My friends Daniel & Luke came out to help me host a small group of influencers + a few #mogoperks members. We ventured out to Sky Zone to get our sweat on and learn how to grab the perfect motion shot from two of Toronto’s prominent photographers Othello Grey and Neva.It was a blast and the results were… well take a look for yourself! Clean, in focus and Insta-worthy! To get in on the fun, sign up to become a #mogoperks member by heading to their website here.
Until next time,
Last weekend was one of my most memorable weekends to date. I didn’t go away, I didn’t have many wild nights but I did have special moments. One of those moments that I’d like to share with you guys, was my first time attending a comedy show courtesy of American Express Canada. On Sunday evening, I attended the Oddball Comedy Festival at the Molson Canadian Amphitheatre with my friend Sasha Exeter of SoSasha.com.Running fashionably late (as per usual), we got to the Amp just in time to part take in a few of the perks that Amex cardholders have access to on a regular basis ie: line bypass. I don’t know about you, but the last thing that I want to do on a hot summer night is wait in a huge line up. Solely by being an Amex Cardmember you’re privy to skipping the line and entering the venue through a separate gate.
We quickly found our seats, got comfortable and braced ourselves for the opening acts. Being a Gemini, I can’t stay still for too long no matter how much fun I am having. Sasha and I decided to take a little break between performers and venture off into the Amex lounge for a bite or two. If you get the chance to hang out in the Amex lounge make sure to try the Knife-Pulled Pork sandwich from Barque Smokehouse, it’s delicious! We finished up our experience in the lounge with some s’mores, sparkling water and recapping our favourite performers so far.We ended up making our way back to our seats to catch the headliners, Aziz Ansari and Amy Schumer. The rest of the night was filled with numerous outbursts of laughter, surprised faces and unforgettable moments. I honestly can’t remember the last time I laughed so hard, and I couldn’t think of a better way to end the summer than this experience. But, just because the warm weather is behind us doesn’t mean these great experiences have to end. I am definitely going to stay tuned to my Front Of The Line Entertainment e-updates for upcoming pre sales to some of the hottest shows for the rest of the year. The best part about it though, is that American Express provides access to events like this and others (entertainment and lifestyle) all the time to their Cardmembers. To learn more about hot upcoming events check out www.AmexInvites.ca!
#ThisMoment will definitely go down in the books and I’ll be looking forward to my next comedy show experience!

I had the pleasure of attending #GreenSpaceTo’s annual Treehouse Party that took place on the last day of Pride. As you can probably imagine, Pride Week is a huge celebration that celebrates members of the LGBTQ community and in Toronto, we take it very seriously. I’ve never attended this specific party in the past but I’ve heard so many great things, that when I was invited to attend this year, I couldn’t resist.
Not only did I get to attend the Treehouse party, I got to experience the festivities in the most stylish way possible courtesy of TD ‘Aeroplan’ Visa Infinite Privilege Card. Being a TD ‘Aeroplan’ Visa Infinite Privilege cardholder, you’re privy to exclusive perks and at this event those luxuries were very visible. My photographer and I were brought into the event through a VIP entrance, ushered into the credit cards designated lounge, enjoyed gourmet bites, specialty cocktails and most importantly had the best view of party. One of the highlights for me while being in the TD Aeroplan lounge was that we had our own personal bartenders, that created molecular cocktails for us to enjoy all afternoon. My photographer and I had such a great time, listening to music, socialising with new friends and learning more about what good things the card does, as a whole. For example, a portion of the ticket price to mingle in this VIP lounge went to support The 519 Organization. The 519 is a Not-For-Profit Organization that does amazing things for the LGBTQ community in Toronto such as; newcomer youth mentorship, wellness classes, and community counselling amongst many other things.
Take a look around at some of the photos that we captured during our time in the lounge and hopefully we’ll see you there next Pride! #ForeverProud #ChristianConfidential #SP
