The temperature continues to drop in Toronto and although I’d love to just travel somewhere warm for the whole winter season unfortunately it’s not an option. So in between planned mini vacations, i’ll have to find stylish solutions to stay warm & my good friends at Nike recently introduced me to some of their latest pieces from their Holiday Sportswear Collection that will do exactly that. I fell in love with the ‘Tech Fleece Aeroloft Windrunner‘ jacket which comes in two colorways, is reversible and weighs close to nothing. I’ve already become familiar with the Aeroloft 800 technology from last years winter running collection, which does really help keep the heat in. – Once I saw that it was incorporated into this jacket it already became a top pick for me. I spend a fair amount of time outdoors especially when I’m shooting for the blog and I usually have a lot to carry so this jacket really works for my lifestyle by barely adding any more weight and keeping me warm in between outfit changes. Check out the rest of the collection here & let me know what you think!
On a recent trip to Miami I had the pleasure of meeting with Sebastian Leguizamon, one of the creators of Razon eyewear, an inspiring up-and-coming brand that is about to help push Miami’s homegrown design scene to the next level.
Sporting a refined, elegant, and almost entirely wooden form, Razon eyewear draws inspiration from Miami’s own transformative design culture. Walking around the Wynwood Art District, Sebastian really sold us on his passion for the brand & the lifestyle he feels it represents.
Although I could see myself taking home any of the three available colours, I must admit that I think the matte black version is in a class of its own. And if it’s more than great style that you’re looking for, Razon has partnered with Eyejusters to help supply reading glasses to those in need – we love it when we see great brands get behind worthy causes!
Razon is set to debut their first style at Lou Lou Vie March 26th during Miami’s Winter Music Conference – if you’re lucky enough to be in town, be sure to check them out! In the meantime, be sure to check out their official website seetherazon.com which goes live March 10th.
