New Season, New Pieces

Christian Thompson | Christian ConfidentialChristian Thompson | Christian ConfidentialOut with the old and in with the new… clothes that is! Spring is finally here and with the arrival of the new season, it’s time to slowly but surely lose those heavy parkas and knitted sweaters and start replacing them with lighter more breathable clothing! With that being said, you’re probably in the market to add some new pieces to your wardrobe. Hudson’s Bay just launched their spring look book featuring a carefully curated selections of brands to match the most stylish of men’s aesthetic. I’ve recently partnered with the brand to highlight and style a few pieces from their portfolio to give you guys a little style inspiration!

Recently, I’ve become obsessed with the whole sage ‘green’ and or khaki trend. Whether it’s in accessories or clothing, I’ve been so intrigued in finding cool ways to incorporate it into my everyday style. To me, it was a no brainer to try and do something cool with this Phillip Lim aviator jacket and pant set, which is super light and wearable as we transition into warmer weather. I wanted to stay as close to my everyday aesthetic and keep it casual yet contemporary, so I decided to pair it with a simple cream longline tank and a pair of crisp hi-top sneakers from Balmain.Christian Thompson | Christian ConfidentialThe thing that I like about Hudson’s Bay is that they make shopping easy by housing a premium selection of brands. You can find anything from Sandro Paris, APC, Opening Ceremony, Phillip Lim (obviously), Balmain, Rick Owens, Y-3, Nike and  Adidas Originals! By having everything in one spot, it provides you with a sufficient amount of options and saves you a lot of time from not having to run around from store to store!
