Fall…Is That You?

christian confidential | christian thompsonOkay, okay… don’t hate me but it’s about that time that I start talking about fall fashion on the blog! Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE fall – it’s probably my favourite season to dress for but here in Toronto, fall last for about a month and then it’s winter (which 9 /10 times, we don’t see eye-to-eye). I put this look together that you guys seemed to really like on social media – yaaas! Denim + oversized anything are my best friends and play very well together around this time of year. I completed this look with a pair of brown Chelsea boots  that I’m currently obsessed with! If you see me repeat this look a few times, try your best not to judge me haha!

Whenever I’m asked to describe my style, I usually say that I dress the way that I feel but if I had to check off a box; it would be a mix between street chic and American prep. For the longest while, I’ve been  really into the whole street chic look you know leather, ripped denim, and oversized tees but ever since the season changed I’ve been falling back in love with more of my preppy side. Layering is one of my favourite things to do in the fall and with the access to beautiful pull overs, shirts and khakis I decided to take full advantage with this style post. I layered a blue pullover from The Gap over a classic white oxford shirt a pair of khaki joggers and crisp white kicks from Lacoste. I hope you like this style as much as I do!American Prep | Style PostAmerican Prep | Style PostAmerican Prep | Style PostWhat I’m Wearing
