Last week I had the pleasure of hosting MOGO Financial‘s first influencer event in Toronto. If you haven’t heard of MOGO, it’s a financial company based out of Vancouver that has a focus on helping it’s customers be more conscious on their spending habits by promoting pre paid credit cards as well as providing low interest rate for various types of loans. The thing that I like about working with this brand is that they’re always pushing the envelope, listening to what their customers want and introducing their ever growing #mogoperks community to cool concepts and ideas, such as this event!
Instagram, is a huge phenomenon for our generation and with that comes the pressure of getting the perfect shot. Mogo with the help of Kastor & Pollux came up with a dope concept to combine fitness, photography and social media all together. My friends Daniel & Luke came out to help me host a small group of influencers + a few #mogoperks members. We ventured out to Sky Zone to get our sweat on and learn how to grab the perfect motion shot from two of Toronto’s prominent photographers Othello Grey and Neva.It was a blast and the results were… well take a look for yourself! Clean, in focus and Insta-worthy! To get in on the fun, sign up to become a #mogoperks member by heading to their website here.
Until next time,
If you’ve been on any social media platform this weekend you may have come across headlines about this racy photo shoot that male supermodel Tyson Beckford took part in for OOB Magazine with transgendered model Ines Rau. Personally, I think these pictures are amazing and that’s really all we should be talking about. There are no boundaries in Art | Fashion.
